Special Note
from the Editor |

With storage of hard copies becoming an issue for many libraries, governmental and international agencies, companies, and individuals, we are studying the possibility of publishing the Journal in a CD format rather than the printed bound volumes used since 1975. No decision has been made at this time; thus, it is critical for us to learn the preferences of those receiving the Journal. In order to meet our goal of maximizing the availability of balanced information and research on energy and energy-related topics, we ask that you complete this questionnaire and return it to us by fax, mail, or email. |

Policy Statement, Subscription Rates, and Schedule |

The Journal of Energy and Development (ISSN 0361-4476) is published on an academic-year basis; each volume is dated autumn of one year (issue 1) and spring of the next year (issue 2). Rates for subscriptions are quoted by volume and include surface postage. Airmail rates per volume are an additional charge. |

Many subscribers find it more convenient to place or renew their orders in the summer to coincide with the academic year and to insure receiving complete volumes. As of 2007-2008,
the one-year subscription rate for the Journal (one volume, autumn
